Brussels Minor Ball Opens for Online Registration
Submitted By Jodi Houston on Thu 02 03, 22
This week COVID pandemic restrictions lifted and Wiarton Willie predicted an early spring here in Ontario. This has the Brussels Minor Ball Executive excited and gearing up for another great season of baseball in Brussels.

Our ONLINE registration has opened today with a few new features. First we want to point out the age category changes. Please note that we are following the categories as set out by O.A.S.A.  Instead of T-Ball/U6 you will see our age categories start at T-Ball/U7 and move up.  We have decided to have two divisions of U7 to allow the older and more developed kids to work on more complex skills and have an introduction to coach pitches as well. Another exciting part of this age category change is that we are welcoming kids to stay in the program longer. This year we are able to offer a U20 Boys team and a U23 Girls team.

Another change to our registration process this year is that you will be able to e-transfer your child's registration fees to [email protected] or have the choice to pay by cheque or cash at your child's FIRST practice.  Make sure to include your child's name in the memo line of the e-transfer.

We hope to host a couple nights of in person registration as well. These dates will be announced at a later date.

Looking forward to seeing you on the diamond!

It is with regret that your Brussels Minor Ball executive has made the decision to cancel the 2020 season. Although society is beginning to open back up, there is no clear path to provide a safe environment for minor ball at this time.
